Author’s Note

Leisure Time With God is a collection of stories from Where Media Meets Faith, Think Snow, Night Stories, and My Journey to the Holy Land.

Over 60 devotions explore the movie scene, the joys and challenges of snowmobiling, night time dreams and their interpretations, and personal reflections of my pilgrimage to Israel.

I pray this collection of four small books in one will encourage and motivate you in your daily walk with God.

Where Media Meets Faith

Where Media Meets Faith is a collection of short devotionals about movies and television shows that I’ve watched and what I’ve gleaned from them.

Movies included in this collection are The Passion of Christ, Time Changer, Pirates of the Caribbean, Bruce Almighty, The Little Mermaid, Murdoch Mysteries, Back to the Future, It’s a Wonderful Life, My Name is Earl, and Scary Movie.

Although most of these films are intended for a secular audience I’ve found that God has been gracious to show me Christian truths through them.
